Not even the immortal New York Yankee sluggers of old are safe from the rampage this Wii decided to go on this Christmas morning! Joe DiMaggio and friends were sitting behind a wall of glass just watching a tennis match when all of the sudden the Wii tries to attack them! Our on site reporter Josh was there to recount the horrific site.

So its Christmas day and I open up my new Nintendo Wii. I was so excited I could hardly wait. As soon as I open it I ran downstairs and started playing Wii Tennis. The graphics and everything were awesome! It was tied 2-2 and the next person who won a game would win the match. I hit the serve, the ball was returned to me, and I'm going for the kill. I swung as hard as i can and all you hear is breaking glass. I look at the Wiimote and the strap was snapped. My whole family was watching how it worked for the first time and my dad was behind me, furious. I always read about these stories and I thought wow, that would never be me. I thought wrong.
