Steve broke his roommate's computer, how sad...
"So, I was bowling away tonight, having a lot of fun doing power throws. I got my personal best of 570 today even... Anyway, while I was bowling, I apparently failed to noticed that I had shifted a little to the right. Unfortunately, this put my arm into the path of my roommate's IBM ThinkPad. We used to laugh about how it was indestructible. He even dropped it onto a tiled floor directly onto the screen before, and it was fine. I was not so lucky however. I bowled as usual, punched the laptop quite hard, cutting my thumb a bit, but doing far more serious damage to the poor computer. I used to laugh at the things on this site, saying 'haha, that'll never happen to me!'... I'm not laughing nearly as hard any more." -Steve
We only get pictures of peoples houses when they tell us about their damaged goods. They are like little windows into their living space. When we combine these windows with their stories we get the picture that apparently they live in a shoebox. Take Steve for instance, apparently even a slight step to the right puts him outside the playing area. Just one step... Steve, clear a space next time.
